We need to prepare ourselves to deal the catastrophe disasters that our environment gives us. Hurricane Katrina causes a significant destruction in the city of New Orleans. I believe that we are vulnerable to any disaster in this Big Metropolis and we must be preparing possible solutions to reduce possible damages. Rising water is as result of Global Warming; so much of the destruction to life and property could be preventable in coastal communities including New York City. We must be preparing possible solutions to reduce possible damages, by changing the method of home construction. A floating house can help to reduce significant damage in home structure.
